Ava’s Unicorn Art Party

Ava requested a Unicorn party for her 9th birthday. I had the idea to combine it with another party theme I’d seen on Pinterest and make it an art party as well. She invited a few friends from church, her cousin, and a friend from school to celebrate with her. The girls had a blast painting, eating ice cream sundaes, having a water balloon fight and playing in the kiddie pool. Since I have a ton of pictures, I’ll just share the decoration pictures here. I created the canvases for the girls to paint their own unicorn designs. We had flowers in honor of Ava’s birth mama. I made sure to include roses in the flowers because those are Ava’s favorite right now. I made unicorn horns out of sugar cones to go on top of their ice cream sundaes. And of course, I had to make a fun unicorn decoration for the porch. It was a fun way to celebrate our Unicorn obsessed girl!
