Our little Tinkerbell

Zoe dressed up as Tinkerbell for her party so of course I had to get some pictures of her. She looked so cute in her little Pixie outfit. She was so cute when she was getting dressed because she said she didn’t look like Tink because she didn’t have a bun or the same color skin. I was so excited to be able to tell her about the new Peter Pan movie where Tink has brown skin just like her and her eyes lit up. We love that more and more characters are being portrayed with brown skin (cannot wait for the new Ariel) so that our girls can see themselves reflected in these beloved characters. Tink is the perfect fairy for Zoe because Zoe is our little tinker, always creating things and building things. We asked her friends to bring craft supplies instead of traditional gifts so she can continue to tinker like Tink and they loaded her up. We love watching her create and seeing her little brain work. Cannot wait to see what this girl does as she gets older!
